It’s everyone’s favorite season! Coachella has gone viral on social media for many years now and 2026 is no different. If you are not familiar with Coachella, it is a music festival held in the desert of Indio, California over two consecutive weekends in April. It has become huge in recent years, and tickets are rare and expensive, so many live vicariously through their favorite influencers and celebrities who are able to attend on their own, or with a brand.
This year, some big headliners were Sabrina Carpenter, Karol G, and Justin Bieber. It seems that Justin has tapped into his youth and the crowd went wild when he sang songs all the way back from the beginning of his discography. The Beliebers were sad to miss out on this unexpected throwback performance! Another throwback was Swae Lee, who sang some old viral songs. Some other notable acts were The Strokes, Sombr, Ethel Cain, KATSEYE, Blood Orange, and more!
A huge part of Coachella is the outfits, and people went all out! Many fashion comebacks were present, with a lot of textured outfits and beachy neutrals. On the other end of the spectrum there were crazy colorful makeup looks and statement pieces. Some outfits were brutally criticized online for being basic, while others praised for being unique. The spectrum is very wide, but the variety of content kept people entertained for weeks before and after the festival.
