On December 4, President Denise Marbach ’72 welcomed more than 240 alumnae, parents, grandparents, and friends to her annual Christmas Reception for Leadership Donors and Volunteers at the William Penn Inn. Guests included members of the 1861 Society, the Catherine McAuley Legacy Society, and volunteers from the Board of Trustees and its committees, the Alumnae Association Board, the Mothers’ and Fathers’ Club Boards, Parent Ambassadors, and the chairs of the Golf Classic and Spring Fundraiser. The event allowed President Marbach to express her gratitude to these supporters, whose generous gifts of time, talent, and treasure help advance Gwynedd’s Mercy mission and strengthen academics, admissions, financial aid, student programs, and the broader school community. Student Council President Addison Fleming ’26 also shared her thanks on behalf of the student body and was joined by the Candlelight Magi in full costume, who symbolized the guests and the many gifts they bring to Gwynedd.
